The air-conditioned beach hotel has self-catering condos in a very quiet and beautiful beach area. The resort is located halfway between the action of Clearwater and St. Petersburg and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with a hotel safe, cloakroom and a newspaper stand. Wireless Internet access is provided. Those guests who are arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel's car park. It also has a Swimming pool and the resort features large units with a fully equipped kitchen. The units are cleaned weekly.

The hotel offers two and three-bedroom accommodation units. All condos have two en suite bathrooms with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Guests can enjoy a good night's rest on their king-size bed. Facilities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio and Internet access. There is also a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Moreover, there is an ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating and every condo is unique in its decor. Most rooms also offer a balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico or Intracoastal Waterway.

Recreational amenities at the hotel include a heated outdoor swimming pool and a shuffleboard. Sun loungers are laid out the sun terrace. The nearby beach is sandy and guests can hire sun loungers and parasols there for a fee. Bay Pointe Country Club is about 5 km away.
